Design Thinking Workshop: Fostering Economic Development in Berkshire County with Technology

Learn and use the design thinking process to tackle the challenge of economic development in the Berkshires. Eugene Korsunskiy ('08) is the Senior Coordinator of Design Initiatives at the University of Vermont, where he teaches courses on design thinking and innovation. Before coming to UVM, Eugene taught at Stanford, where he received his MFA in Design. He is a co-founder of SparkTruck, a delivery-van-turned-makerspace, which he and his friends drove across the country to teach elementary and middle school kids to tinker, design, and be creative. Eugene lives in Hinesburg, VT and takes every excuse he can get to zip down Route 7 to the Purple Bubble.
